About Us

 Our Village Homes was created with the intent to offer an alternative to traditional estate agents, providing support from the first appraisal of your home through to the legal completion; equally helping buyers understand the process with a view to getting everyone moving as quickly and as stress free as possible.

Our Village Homes was established by me, Tricia Lonorgan, I have worked within the legal sector for over 30 years, during this time I have worked with numerous estate agents, law firms and mortgage advisors across the Country and have probably witnessed all the highs and lows associated to moving home!

I will provide personal support in assisting you throughout the whole process, my background in conveyancing provides a greater understanding of the experiences of buyers and sellers and how frustrating this can be sometimes.

My intention is to not only support buyers and sellers but to also support local community initiatives and independent businesses wherever possible.Our Village Homes offers comprehensive support for both buyers and sellers. From appraisals to legal completion, we ensure every step is handled with care and professionalism.

 I live in Hightown Village and have lived and worked in adjoining villages at some point over the last 18 years.

I am a proud mum of two grown up sons who both went to local schools and colleges: I have also moved home a few times so I am well aware of how difficult it can be juggling being a parent, working and moving home!

I also have two fur babies; Dennis and Arnie and you will often see me with them on the beach or in the dunes; mostly looking very windswept; or you may find me in the coffee shop or pub!

I absolutely love being near the sea and appreciate how lucky we are to have this available to us and how important it is to retain its beauty and charm.
